To add an event, mouseover a date on the calendar, then click and choose . Choose a Title and Event Type , add Goals , then click Save & Close . 2: Set zones Set your thresholds and zones to get the most accurate analysis and feedback. To set your zones, select your name at the top right and choose Settings . Select the Zones category from the left to set threshold numbers for Heart Rate , Power , and Speed/Pace , then click Save & Close . 3: Plan a workout Planning workouts will keep you on track towards reaching your goals. To plan a workout, mouseover a date on your calendar, then click and choose a workout type. Customize your workout by entering a title and numbers for planned Duration , Distance , or TSS , then click Save & Close . 4: Upload a workout Track your workouts by uploading from over 100 compatible apps and devices. Drag and drop files into your calendar, or click at the top of your calendar to choose files from your computer or connected devices.
